Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,022 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, nonsense-mediated decay, Autophagosome maturation, and ERAD pathway. Each is linked with PRDM7 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM7-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM7 results are reported.
