PRDM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,364 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P25, NDUFS6P1, and WRBP1. Each is linked with PRDM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM7-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS29P25 grouped by PRDM7-low versus PRDM7-high in THCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
