Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,046 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Epigenetic regulation of gene expression, and Regulation of TORC1 signaling. Each is linked with PRDM7 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM7-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM7 results are reported.
