PRDM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPR101, OR52A5, and OR52E2. Each is linked with PRDM7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM7-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GPR101 grouped by PRDM7-low versus PRDM7-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
