Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,175 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRKG1, TLN2, and TNS1. Each is linked with PRDM5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM5 versus PRKG1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
