Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,976 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SH2D4A, CD37, and FOXJ1. Each is linked with PRDM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM5 results are reported.
