Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,656 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-92P, SMIM10, and SRA1. Each is linked with PRDM5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM5 results are reported.
