Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,502 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome segregation, Mitotic sister chromatid segregation, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with PRDM5 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM5 results are reported.
