Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHISAL2B, SPHKAP, and PDILT. Each is linked with PRDM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM5-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHISAL2B grouped by PRDM5-low versus PRDM5-high in PANCREAS.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
