PRDM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,018 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MYEF2, SRSF9, and MEPCE. Each is linked with PRDM4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM4 versus MYEF2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
