Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,996 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FNDC3A, HSBP1L1, and CRPPA-AS1. Each is linked with PRDM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM4 versus FNDC3A in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
