Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are C-Raf, Src_pY416, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with PRDM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C-Raf grouped by PRDM4-low versus PRDM4-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
