Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,788 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription elongation-coupled chromatin remodeling, Positive regulation of pinocytosis, and Positive regulation of organelle assembly. Each is linked with PRDM4 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM4 results are reported.
