Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CIB4, KRTAP5-11, and KRTAP10-12. Each is linked with PRDM4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM4-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CIB4 grouped by PRDM4-low versus PRDM4-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
