PRDM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,492 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are S100A10, C1R, and AFG3L2. Each is linked with PRDM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM2 versus S100A10 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
