Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,124 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPA2, TIMP3, and HCAR3. Each is linked with PRDM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM2 versus RPA2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.28.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
