PRDM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,060 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, GNPNAT1, and VRK1. Each is linked with PRDM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by PRDM2-low versus PRDM2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
