Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,710 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Epigenetic regulation of gene expression. Each is linked with PRDM2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM2 results are reported.
