PRDM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are L2HGDH, SIGLECL1, and RIDA. Each is linked with PRDM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM2-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, L2HGDH grouped by PRDM2-low versus PRDM2-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
