PRDM16-DT

Mutation & survival
SurvivalMutationKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRDM16-DT Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRDM16-DT data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher PRDM16-DT Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRDM16-DT expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

ESCA are the cancer types where PRDM16-DT Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.

Mutation survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
