Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM15 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,964 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4322, PAIP2B, and NTPCR. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.
