PRDM15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM15 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, STAT3_pY705, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eEF2 grouped by PRDM15-low versus PRDM15-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
