PRDM15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,366 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TNRC6A, PCNT, and SAFB. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM15 versus TNRC6A in SOFT_TISSUE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
