Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,634 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I, Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of intracellular steroid hormone receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I grouped by PRDM15-low versus PRDM15-high in BONE.
