PRDM15

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 493 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM15-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN16, SLC66A2, and DUSP2. Each is linked with PRDM15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM15-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TSPAN16 grouped by PRDM15-low versus PRDM15-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM15→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
