PRDM10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC2, GLRX, and INTS1. Each is linked with PRDM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM10-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM10 versus THOC2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
