PRDM10

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,523 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAS5, ZNF131, and HINFP. Each is linked with PRDM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM10-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM10 versus GAS5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
