PRDM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FANCA, RNU6-709P, and LONP1. Each is linked with PRDM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM10-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FANCA grouped by PRDM10-low versus PRDM10-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
