PRDM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 64 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, MEK1_p_S217_S221, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PRDM10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM10-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAD51 grouped by PRDM10-low versus PRDM10-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
