PRDM10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 655 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM10-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM2, CNR2, and ASB17. Each is linked with PRDM10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM10-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM2 grouped by PRDM10-low versus PRDM10-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM10→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
