Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,238 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, SERPINB9, and LCP2. Each is linked with PRDM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM1 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
