Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,083 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PARD6B, FASTKD3, and ATPSCKMT. Each is linked with PRDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM1 versus PARD6B in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
