Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,854 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMG2, COMMD10, and RNU6-737P. Each is linked with PRDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMG2 grouped by PRDM1-low versus PRDM1-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
