Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRDM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Acetyl-a-Tubulin-Lys40, PDCD4, and ERK2. Each is linked with PRDM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM1 results are reported.
