PRDM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRDM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRDM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ETV6, DCBLD1, and MAML2. Each is linked with PRDM1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRDM1-to-partner and partner-to-PRDM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRDM1 versus ETV6 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRDM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRDM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
