Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,548 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRCP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MSN, WDR43, and DDX21_S121. Each is linked with PRCP in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCP-to-partner and partner-to-PRCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PRCP versus MSN in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRCP→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRCP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
