Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 643 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10G6, RN7SL303P, and MTCO2P32. Each is linked with PRCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCP-to-partner and partner-to-PRCP results are reported.
