Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRCP mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRCP-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDCD4, PKC-a, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with PRCP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCP-to-partner and partner-to-PRCP results are reported.
