Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRCP RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,750 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRCP-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by circulatory renin-angiotensin, Glycolipid catabolic process, and Regulation of angiotensin levels in blood. Each is linked with PRCP in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCP-to-partner and partner-to-PRCP results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of systemic arterial blood pressure by circulatory renin-angiotensin grouped by PRCP-low versus PRCP-high in BREAST.
