The most reproducible PRCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Class-switched memory B-cells, Erythrocytes, and Endothelial cells. Each is linked with PRCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCC-to-partner and partner-to-PRCC results are reported.
