PRCC

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → DRUGCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRCC mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 56 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRCC-associated genes across cancer lineages are Nutlin-3a (-), AGI-6780, and 50869. Each is linked with PRCC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRCC-to-partner and partner-to-PRCC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Nutlin-3a (-) grouped by PRCC-low versus PRCC-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRCC→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRCC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
