Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,557 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCM4, EZH2, and UBE2S. Each is linked with PRC1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
