Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,531 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Chromosome condensation, Chromosome localization, and Chromosome segregation. Each is linked with PRC1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRC1-to-partner and partner-to-PRC1 results are reported.
