Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 555 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRB3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP423, RN7SL255P, and RN7SL369P. Each is linked with PRB3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB3-to-partner and partner-to-PRB3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRB3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRB3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
