PRB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRB1 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are naive B-cells, CD4+ T-cells, and CD4+ Tcm. Each is linked with PRB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRB1-to-partner and partner-to-PRB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, naive B-cells grouped by PRB1-low versus PRB1-high in HNSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
