Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMENP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 123 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMENP-associated genes across cancer lineages are IGHV1OR15-6, IGHV3OR16-6, and RPL23AP88. Each is linked with PRAMENP in more than 1 cancer types.
