Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PRAMEF6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PRAMEF6 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PRAMEF6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PRAMEF6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
LUAD, LUSC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PRAMEF6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
