PRAMEF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 80 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-904P, MTND1P26, and NMBR-AS1. Each is linked with PRAMEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF5-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-904P grouped by PRAMEF5-low versus PRAMEF5-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
