PRAMEF5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PRAMEF5 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PRAMEF5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD4+ naive T-cells. Each is linked with PRAMEF5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF5-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CD4+ naive T-cells grouped by PRAMEF5-low versus PRAMEF5-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
