Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PRAMEF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 213 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PRAMEF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR14L, JAK1, and CEP295. Each is linked with PRAMEF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PRAMEF4-to-partner and partner-to-PRAMEF4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR14L grouped by PRAMEF4-low versus PRAMEF4-high in URINARY_TRACT.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PRAMEF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PRAMEF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
